What insurance companies do you work with?

We work with all insurance providers and will help to coordinate the benefits of your policy.  If you need insurance claims assistance, our friendly team will support you throughout the entire process.

How do I know if my insurance will cover the repairs?

Speak to your insurance company and notify them that you are getting an estimate for repairs to the damage of your vehicle.  Your insurance agent can provide you with the details of your coverage including your deductible.  Depending on the circumstances of the accident, your insurance company will represent your interests with another insurance company if applicable and necessary.  Contact us to schedule your estimate and we will handle the rest.

How long will it take?

At Keller Kustom Body & Paint, we are committed to getting you back on the road safely as quickly as possible.  Every repair process is unique and consequently, so is the time frame needed for repair.  Various factors determine the length of time to repair including, availability of parts, claims approval and extent of the damage to your vehicle.  During the estimate and appointment scheduling process, we will provide you with an expected timetable to complete your repair and our customer service team will keep you updated of progress every step of the way.

When can I wash my car?

Please take precautions with your vehicle for the first month following your repair.  We advise that you skip the commercial automatic car wash and wash it by hand with cool water, a very mild cleaning solution, and a soft cloth or sponge.  Avoid applying pressure to the finish on your vehicle and let it air dry.

Can you match the paint color?

Absolutely we can!  We use the latest techniques and premier paint and finishes from BASF, the unmatched expert in the science of color and coatings for the automotive industry.  In fact, more than 50% of global annual car production has at least one layer of BASF paint.  We choose BASF because of its innovation, industry leadership and expertise so we can deliver outstanding results and quality with each and every repair.

Can I get other service work done while my car is in the auto body shop?

Yes!  Let us know which repair services you’re are in need of and we will consider that service in the preparation of your estimate.

What if I need a rental car?

Contact us for rental car assistance in the Salt Lake City Metro Area.  In addition to the restoration of your vehicle to its pre-accident condition, we can help you communicate with your insurance company, secure an estimate for the repair of your vehicle, schedule appointments, help with insurance claims assistance, rental car assistance and more.

How do I pay you?

We accept cash, checks, insurance checks and all major credit cards.

Do I have to use the auto body shop my insurance company tells me to?

Your insurance company may provide you with a list of its preferred collision repair providers.  You have the right, however, to choose where your vehicle is repaired.
